PRIVACY AND POLICY
Read this before you open an account.
These terms explain how payment works, from houses to restaurants, shops, and services. The honesty rule is part of this page. Opening an account means you will follow it.
Terms
Ekvora is for students in Greater Noida. Houses, restaurants, shops, and services each stay on their own page. A student signs in on the Sign in tab. An owner signs in on the Owners tab and picks one type: landlord, restaurant owner, shop owner, or service owner.
Questions about these rules are on About us. To reach the admin, use Contact us.
Houses
A house page shows the photos and the sector. The street, the map, and the landlord’s phone stay hidden.
The broker fee is half of one month’s rent for that house. There is one QR code. You scan it, pay that fee, and upload a clear photo of the receipt. The admin approves the receipt. The next step is to contact the broker and send that receipt.
Approval does not open the street, the map, or the landlord’s number. Landlords post their own rooms. Ekvora is the broker.
Restaurants
A student opens a restaurant menu and places one order. The order stays on that menu and updates there. The restaurant can accept it. When the restaurant has the money, the owner types the amount received, in rupees.
The student then answers on the same menu: I received it, I did not receive it, or a short note. The restaurant’s WhatsApp number is on that menu with the order. The student pays the restaurant that amount. Ekvora keeps 10% of the amount the owner entered.
Shops
A shop works the same way as a restaurant. The student buys one product. The shop owner types the amount received. The student confirms that they received it, that they did not receive it, or sends a note. The student pays the shop. Ekvora keeps 10% of the amount the owner entered.
Services
A service works the same way. The student requests one service. The service owner types the amount received. The student confirms that they received it, that they did not receive it, or sends a note. The student pays the service. Ekvora keeps 10% of the amount the owner entered.
One open request at a time
A meal, a shop purchase, and a service request are separate. You can have one of each open. You finish the open one of that kind, including your confirmation, before you start another of the same kind. A cancelled request does not block the next one.
Honesty
This site runs on private honesty. Owners and buyers tell the truth about the money and about whether the order arrived.
An owner is dishonest if they mark money received when they did not receive it, or if they take the money and hide it. A buyer is dishonest if they say they did not receive something they did receive, or if they confirm a payment that did not happen. A house receipt that is not a real payment of the broker fee is the same kind of dishonesty.
Ekvora can remove a dishonest owner’s restaurant, shop, or service. Ekvora can remove a dishonest landlord’s houses. Ekvora can remove a dishonest buyer’s account. People who open an account agree to follow this rule.
What stays private
Your account keeps your name, email, and phone so the other person in an order can be reached, and so the admin can see the activity.
On a house, students see the photos and the sector. They do not see the street, the map, or the landlord’s phone.
On a restaurant, shop, or service, the phone number appears to the student on the menu after they place the request. The admin can see the order, the people, the amount, and whether each side confirmed.
